To enter the 2011 race you can either:

• enter on line (available from may 2011) at www.fabian4.co.uk
  
• download the entry form as a word document or here as an adobe acrobat pdf document.  Print this off and sent it to the organiser
  
• enter using one of the Runners World standard entry forms
• turn up on the day from 3pm onwards leaving yourself enough time to enter and warm up before the race start at 5pm

A multi terrain 5 or 10 mile race around ShipleyPark in Derbyshire – you choose the distance (one lap or two) you want to run!

 

Start: ShipleyPark Visitors Centre, Heanor, Derbyshire DE75 7GX

Time: 5.00pm

Facilities: toilets, drinks stations on the course at 3/5/8 miles.

Perpetual Trophies for winning senior man/lady & veteran (over 40) man/lady

Memento for all finishers & Spot prizes
